Meet The Owner - Hardi
Affectionately known as Hardi, he’s brought fresh energy and big ambition to the Rapid Tune family—driven by a genuine love for cars and a passion for the craft. With over five years in the mechanical industry, Hardi built his early foundations in the European vehicle space, spending his first three years sharpening his skills and developing a strong appreciation for precision work and high standards.
A pivotal chapter in Hardi’s journey came when he spent 18 months at Rapid Tune Chadstone, learning firsthand from store owner Michael Murphy. During that time, Hardi didn’t just grow as a technician—he gained valuable insight into what it takes to run a successful workshop. Immersed in both the mechanical and business sides of the operation, he found himself inspired by the possibilities of ownership and the impact a great leader can have on a team and community.
In early 2026, Hardi took the leap and purchased Rapid Tune Hoppers Crossing, stepping confidently into business ownership and beginning an exciting new chapter. With his light-hearted, fun nature, a true customer-first approach, and a deep passion for all things mechanical, Hardi has hit the ground running—building momentum from day one and setting the tone for a journey that’s already off to a strong start.
A proud family man with a young child, Hardi also brings a unique strength to the business through his ability to communicate with a diverse customer base. In addition to English, he speaks multiple Indian dialects, allowing him to connect with and support a broader community.
